Press Coverage – Tronix Club is launched – Home Computing Weekly, 21 July 1985

The Tronix Club is born. This ad in Home Computing Weekly, 21 July 1985 promised a lot and at least one satisfied customer responded, in the 1 October issue. I remember the rather strange flip-top pens that he refers to; unfortunately I no longer have one but you can see what they looked like below.

1. Observe the pen in its closed state
2. Holding the top firmly but carefully, swing it out
3. Complete the swing motion and lock the cap in place.
4. Enjoy many hours of writing pleasure.
